Dance Workshop & Coreography Terms and Conditions Contract

Workshop/Intensive: All teams are required to have a minimum of 14 participants. If this number is not met, additional funds will be necessary to meet the minimum requirement.

Choreography: A choreography agreement (which is sent in a separate contract) must also be signed and returned with this form. This is only applicable if your team is hiring Innovate Dance to do custom competition choreography and NOT a camp/workshop.

Cancellations, participant number changes, and refunds:
All team cancellations or participant number changes must be notified to Innovate Dance LLC no later than two weeks prior to your scheduled workshop dates. Without notification or cancellation, you will be charged the full amount registered. Cancellations before the two-week mark will be refunded except for the non-refundable deposit fee of $20 per person.

Payment Policy: A deposit of $20 per person is due no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled session (Deposit non-refundable). The deposit secures your set dates and is applied to the total cost. Full payment may be made at this time. The remaining balance is due no later than the last day of the session.
