Bethany Laiti

Bethany discovered her love for dance at the age of three when she began training at Larkin Dance Studio in Maplewood, Minnesota. She received 15 years of training in jazz, lyrical, tap, ballet, pointe, musical theater, contemporary, and hip-hop. During this time, Bethany won numerous regional and national championships and was captain both her freshman and senior year. She is grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from some of the most acclaimed choreographers across the country while at Larkin.

Bethany went on to attend the University of St. Thomas where she studied Finance and continued her dance career on the nationally ranked University of St. Thomas Dance Team. She was a member of the team for four consecutive years and a senior captain. She competed in both jazz and hip-hop at the UDA College Dance Team National Championships. Over the course of the four years, Bethany won 5 national championships and was awarded the team’s most inspirational and most valuable

This is Bethany’s second year as a staff member at Innovate Dance Company. She is excited for to continue her dance career and work with aspiring young individuals. Bethany hopes to continue to grow as a dancer and artist throughout this journey. She is looking forward to impacting the students she works with and wants to remind them why their gift for dance is such an amazing thing.
